Executable Woritem should open sap in FRENCH

I am getting this workitem in my outlook but when i execute this workitem it opens the sap in english where as i want to open the sap in french

I am using this for PR and PO approvals.

and for sending mails we are using RSWUWFML2 program.

Also the client wants to use this specific program to send the mails.

The language in the .SAP shortcut attachment is taken from the SAP user's address data (logon language). Check that it's well defined. Otherwise check SAP notes, or contact SAP support.
