Executable Woritem should open sap in FRENCH

I am getting this workitem in my outlook but when i execute this workitem it opens the sap in english where as i want to open the sap in french

I am using this for PR and PO approvals.

and for sending mails we are using RSWUWFML2 program.

Also the client wants to use this specific program to send the mails.
