Fiori - Approve Service Entry Sheets - Error downlading attachments

Hello,

The following behavior has been detected while trying to download attachments in APP

“Approve Service Entry Sheets” through the SAP Web Dispatcher.

Once download attachment option is selected, a new tab is opened and the following error is showed.

The URL is as follows in that new tab:

Instead of using https is trying to open it with http protocol but also without using the correct configured port for that protocol.

If on the above URL the protocol is changed to https or the right port is added for using http, the attachment download completes as expected.

Couple of things that worth mentioning:

- --According to end users this scenario was working fine time ago.

- --If the same procedure is performed without passing through SAP web Dispatcher but using FLP the download is completed OK within the same tab and using https:

-Regarding SAP Web Dispatcher configuration and considering SAP Fiori has been implementing under a “Hub Deployment”, the following parameters have been set:

**wdisp/system_X = SID=<>, MSHOST=<>, MSPORT=<>, SRCVHOST=<>:*, SSL_ENCRYPT=0

**icm/HTTP/redirect_X = PREFIX=/, TO=/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html, PROT=https

- --Downloading attachments from other apps like “Approval Purchase Order” works fine either way….using SAP Web Dispatcher or FLP:

Could you please help us to identify why the URL for “Approve Service Entry Sheets” is being incorrectly opened in http and also in that case without indicating the port for that protocol?
