RAP Managed/Unmanaged : Create action not working second time

Hi,
I was exploring the /DMO/FLIGHT scenario and facing this issue in both ( Managed/Unmanaged ) cases.
After successful creation of first Travel , second create action disables all fields ( greyed out screen ).

If we refresh the browser screen then these fields become editable again and further Travel can be created.

Tried searching different blogs and Q/A section. But no luck finding any answer/clue.
Can someone please suggest if something needs to be done to solve this ?
Or is it only with BTP trial account ?
