PO text field is not saving after edit

Hi,

For particular one user, text field is not saving after editing in word format in PO. We checked OAOR, only one attachment is showing.

By the same user id, in different laptop, it is working fine. Confirming that It is not an issue of configuration or user id authorization. Can anybody help pls

Check the microsoft office versions in both laptop.

The editor link with MS office is not proper in that laptop.
