In S/4HANA Public Cloud, Can restrict user from change the approved PR?

Hello,

I have requirement that once PR is approved and subsequent document (like RFQ, PO, Contract) is created, user should not amend the same PR.

Is it possible to do in S/4HANA Public Cloud using standard configuration apart from custom code?
