Production Planning- which module to run production planning and mrp centrally?

Dear all,

Our client has many DCs, plants. One product can be produced at multiple plants

Our client requirements is below

- They allocate their forecast/demand by DC

- They want to run production plan based on input of above demand

- Review and firm production plan

- Generate MRP based on firmed production plan (depends on what kind of raw materials, which will be centralized/descentralized bought from where)

Kindly advise me this requirement can be addressed by using only PP or we need IBP module.
