PO message output showing as incorrectly processed

I am getting error status (RED- Incorrectly processed) when sending PO output to vendor, using

Medium- Print output, Time-3

In the processing log, showing- ERROR IN OPEN FORM for document xxxxxx.

Please guide in this.. Thank you!!
