PO message output showing as incorrectly processed

I am getting error status (RED- Incorrectly processed) when sending PO output to vendor, using

Medium- Print output, Time-3

In the processing log, showing- ERROR IN OPEN FORM for document xxxxxx.

Please guide in this.. Thank you!!

the error OPEN FORM is when you try to print a SAPSCRIPT form and SAP didn't find it.

Check if the form you have specified exist (transaction SE71

Maybe it is not a SAPSCRIPT but a SMARTFORM (transaction smartform)

SPRO-MM-PURCHASING-MESSAGES-OUTPUT CONTROL-MESSAGE TYPES-DEFINE MESSAGE TYPES FOR PURCHASE ORDER.
