Can the mandatory field "Incoterms" be removed from the "Define Incompleteness Procedures"?

The customer would like to remove the "Incoterms" field from a mandatory one when selling domestically from a sales organization to their customer. However, they cannot do this due to that it's not configurable in Cloud for the configuration step "Define Incompleteness Procedures" (ID: 101189).

Besides, they are also wondering how it can be realized that the "Incoterms" field can be determined as "mandatory" or not according to the selling is "transnational" or "domestic".

Due to that it is currently not supported to delete predefined fields in "Define Incompleteness Procedures" (ID: 101189), you are recommended to raise a new feature request through the Customer Influence Website: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/11 under the session SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1170.

This is an important channel where the product management team will collect customer requirements there and take highly-voted ones into consideration.

I've also helped you to search there by keywords "incoterms" "Incompleteness" but didn't find a similar request from other customers.

So here your effort is needed to create your own feature request. You can write like this way: "Requiring to have the authority to delete fields that are not deemed as mandatory……", also with the reason/necessity/benefit of this feature request. Although this function is currently not provided, if more and more customers are requiring it and vote for you, it will be taken into consideration in future releases.

(2) To help you better, we'll also help raise this requirement to the development team. The product management team and the development team have regular discussions on requirements raised there and make decisions to have them realized in future releases, according to how many customers are requiring for this functionality, etc.
