Crystal Reports 2016 - Database Vendor Code 1064 when populating, works for other users

Hello! We have one Crystal Reports 2016 user who, when opening and using documents that work for other 2016 CR users, gets a 1064 error when Refreshing with prompting for new parameter values. They choose the start and end date and then this error occurs. All other users here connecting to the same db using the same report file are successfully connecting without issue.

In Crystal, when you see "Database Vendor Code" in an error, it means that this is a database error and the code comes from the database, not from Crystal. You don't mention what type of database you're connecting to, but you need to look up the error code in that database's documentation in order to get the full message and understand how to fix the issue.
