Crystal Reports 2016 - Database Vendor Code 1064 when populating, works for other users

Hello! We have one Crystal Reports 2016 user who, when opening and using documents that work for other 2016 CR users, gets a 1064 error when Refreshing with prompting for new parameter values. They choose the start and end date and then this error occurs. All other users here connecting to the same db using the same report file are successfully connecting without issue.
