SAP BYD - Invoice download in excel format

Invoices created in SAP BYD can be downloaded as PDFs.

How can we get it in EXCEL directly from SAP BYD.

Note: Uploading invoice details to customer portal from PDF is cumbersome. Excel will ease the problem significantly.

Hi Vishal,

you can not directly download the Invoice or Output generated by any document in excel.

however you can use Web service API to connect to Customer portal and retrieve information that is needed using such APIs and then converting or creating the excel files based on the response of API could be an option.
