Hello Experts,
We are working on the Asset Manager for one of our clients. As part of this, when we tried to do a delta sync to download the latest work order with operation we are getting a transactional error(error-1.jpeg).
When we open the error message from the error section we are not seeing any error message(error-2.jpeg).
Can you please help if anyone faced this kind of issue and advise what was the cause?

Hi,
just turn on Tracing for this user in /iwfnd/traces and check the output. This should give you some idea and help to sort the issue.
As well you can check LOGs in BTP Mobile Services for more information.
