Fixed accrual condition contract based on Product hierarchy

Hello SAP Experts,

I have a fixed value scenario of 300 for 3 months. I have kept 2 delta accrual calendar entries, 1 final settlement calendar entry and 1 single condition record for RES1 for 300 for the full 3 months. Accruals expected are 100 per month.

However, the above condition record needs to be kept at a product hierarchy level. The expectation is that the delta accruals credit memo will pick up the relevant materials in the product hierarchy and equally distribute the £100 between them.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi Shat Pat,

You have to use a Condition Contract type with Profile of Business volume assigned (this will distribute the fixed amount to the relevant material).

If you have different condition rates by product hierarchy then you will have to create a new condition table (Condition Contract / Product Hierarchy), assign it to access sequence, assign condition type to condition group.

Hello Victor, many thanks for your comment. My problem is at the level of assigning table for lumpsums in the profile of business volume tables. For example, if I assign a pricing product hierarchy 'A' table to the profile, the settlement program says 'currency not found in business volume profile'. I cannot put currency in business volume profile as in pricing 'A' table, the currency does not exist. How do I get currency, quantity and UoM into profile, when they exist in KONP and not in 'A' table?
