Reorg and Defragmentation in Oracle Database

Dear Guru's,

We are running our SAP systems on Oracle Database 19c and we had a request for claiming space via reorg.

From EWA we have our top 10 tables among those tables how to filter the tables for reorg based on LOB Size? or

based on top 10 Extents count or based on top 10 Segments?

How to check for any fragments , any defragmentation required?
