Hi community, I need your collective wisdom.
Is the Time with Agent(secs) from the Ticket Time Points and Contact Party report accessible through the c4c OData API?
endpoint: /c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/ServiceRequestCollection/ has RequestedTotalProcessingDuration but it does not always match the time with agent(secs) shown in the Ticket Time Points and Contact Party report.
Does anyone know how the Time with Agent(secs) is calculated and if it can be reproduced from the API side?
