Hi community, I need your collective wisdom.
Is the Time with Agent(secs) from the Ticket Time Points and Contact Party report accessible through the c4c OData API?
endpoint: /c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/ServiceRequestCollection/ has RequestedTotalProcessingDuration but it does not always match the time with agent(secs) shown in the Ticket Time Points and Contact Party report.
Does anyone know how the Time with Agent(secs) is calculated and if it can be reproduced from the API side?
P.S. I copied a screenshot from a similar ticket.

Thanks for the response but I've read those answers and they don't answer the question. I am looking for a base object accessible through the odataapi such as the request below. I'm trying to find if this information can be pulled programmatically without having to create a report, key figure or data source.
