Hello everyone,
in our company we are not very glad with the Screen Personas release/support stragegy (SAP Note 2013453).
When we actually get two servicepacks in a year we normally run automatically out of support, because our "plan- built-run" process takes a lot of time.
For us one servicepack per year would be the much better option.
I would be interested to know what other companies think about it.

In addition to the discussion here in the SAP Community, I will bring your question to the SAP Screen Personas practitioner forum next month to see what customers there think about your idea.
As an industry, especially as software companies move towards the cloud, the trend is towards smaller and more frequent deliveries. In the on-prem world, I understand the overhead this causes for testing and roll-out.
