SAM 2110 performace creatingo work order and notification

Hi Team,

The synchronization after create one WO or Notification take more than 10 minutes, it's normal? I did not configure the push notification and work order. Should I configure it?

What the best way to performance?

I have created 2 Notification and update one Notification and I need 18 minutes. Please find attached the jpg with all the request.

One of the call need more that 8 minutes: Do you know how I can improve the performance? Other user with more data need 30 minutes aprox to synchronize.

Hello mrjer ,

for creating WO/Notification in SAM2110 doesn't required to configure on push notification/work order.

I'm assuming you are using standard SAM2110 application. we need to do troubleshooting of this CREATE Work Order/ Notification process.

Please enable network traces at mobile service BTP cockpit, enable payload traces in ECC system - and check if any particular step taking so much time. normally it shouldn't take 10 mins to complete sync.

once performed above steps still unable to find the root cause, please attach detailed logs error to investigate more.
