Hi All,

I'm getting the below error when try to login from IAS. Please advise me on this issue.

"identify provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration. Please contact your system administrator"

This can be related to so many potential issues.

Can you pls. provide more details like

- are you using corporateIDP ?

- if yes, which one?

- are you trying to access applications on a subaccount and if yes, is this subaccount configured on IAS and if yes, is it using corporateIDP?
