SAP business studio Dev Space ERROR status

Hello experts,

Today I have made Dev Spaces and followed some tutorial on that.

They were available till this morning, then after lunch they don't work any more.

I made new space but it failed again.

I also tried deleting BAS instance and made new instance and spaces, but as it failed too.

it says it may take a few minutes but it has been more than 5 hours so far after the error.

is there any way to fix this?

+now it stucks in 'STARTING' status.
