Cost Element replication using file upload not working in MDG F

Hello Experts,

We are migrating cost element data in MDG. A Change Request is created and approved but the replication to S4 system is not taking place using file upload.

My Question is do we need to set up separate replication model for cost element which will trigger for file upload — OR — existing GL SOA services will take care of the same ?
