What are the limitations of process instance without JAM

Hello Experts,

I am able to assign a task to the user who is not having JAM/Workzone access through process template.

What are the limitations of assigning a task without JAM/Workzone access.

I think the user will not get task notifications.

Can you please elaborate all the limitations in detail.

Jam/Workzone is a collaboration tool used for the below activities.

• Sharing information or objects

• Managing process-related tasks

• Keeping up-to-date about recent activities

Collaboration in Planning actually deals with discussion and task management. Hence only the features with respect to this apps only will get disturbed.
