IT8 Screen fields modify using user exit and BADI

Dear Experts,

Our requirement is while creating new record in IT0008, 3 wagetypes are being auto populated. Once we put amount in first WT, Amount for other 2 Wagetypes must be auto populated based on complex calculation and must be saved.

Here we have tried with both user exit ZXPADU02 and BADI HRPAD00INFTY. We are able to fetch the amount and that's being SAVED correctly as well. But the issue is before saving user wants to see the amount for other wagetypes on PA30 screen. Our amount is not getting modified on PA30 screen on pressing ENTER but on pressing SAVE, it's being saved.

Kindly help. It's critical issue.
