Generate XML in BTP Abap Environment

Hi,

I need to send a simple xml file to external system through a SOAP Web Service.

In BTP Abap Environment I can't use Transofmations and I can't use cl_ixml (is not permitted).

How i can generate a simple xml without doing it manually ?
