Modify Payment file structures for Outgoing Bank Transfers

Hello all,

I would like to know if it is possible to modify File Structure ID.

In my case, I have few File Structure ID for Payment Medium Format (In standard) in implémentation project:

But when I go to "Payment File Structure", I have juste one "Sample" File Structure ID:

I would like to know if it possible to see(like "read only" mode) or modify File Structure ID present in my first screen.
