Dear colleagues,

I have a question regarding the visualization of the item details of a receipt item in SAP Customer Checkout.

When I am creating the receipt, I am able to see the item detailed information for the item that is selected in the main screen by using the Item Details button. The problem is that, once the receipt has been posted, I am not able to do this anymore, since I cannot select an individual item on the screen and the Item Details button is disabled.

This means once the receipt has been posted I cannot see, for example, which percentage discound I applied on one individual item. Is there any way to do this that I am not seeing?

Hello teresa_mav,

The only way that I can think of from the sales screen is: The sales staff can reprint the receipt and check the discount percentage on the printout.

It's maybe worth opening a feature request (https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1731) so that in future we enable the "Item Discount" quick selection (function button 2003) for posted receipts.

Hello teresa_mav,

It's possible to see each item discount percentage from the CCO backend search (Functions -> Configuration -> Magnifying glass -> Receipt -> Display). There is a column "Discount %" in the item grid.

Thank you very much for your quick answer.

This means that only users that have access to the configuration screen are able to see this information, is this correct? In our case, the staff in the store will not have permission to use this screen, and they are the ones requesting to see this information (for example, in order to check if they applied the right discount % to an item on a previous receipt).
