How to sequentially confirm the operations of maintenance order?

Hi all,

I use the corrective order and the preventive order in PM and I want that the current operation (0020) can only be confirmed when the previous one (0010) was already confirmed.

Could the operation relationships function or the field "Offset" in the maintenance packages (of maintenance strategies) resolve my issue?
