Need to custom the results of a relation attribute in backoffice.

In my B2BCustomer when I open the dropdown of the "defaultShipmentAddress" (I can use a new field if necessary) to pick one Addres I just want to appear in the dropdown the Addresses which belongs to the same B2BUnit than my customer,. Do you have any idea how can I customize that?
