while doing PGI, system showing error as Account determination for entry xxxx GBB_ _ xxxx not possible. how resolve this. And another doubt is while maintaining controlling area, can we choose any chart of accounts except INT?plz clarify the same

Above above error check OMWD and check assignment of valuation grouping code with plant code. Also check OBYC where G/L account assignment with transaction key of PGI with GBB.

Check controlling area assigned to company code in OKKP and check chart of account assigned to your company code in OBY6

I checked with OMWD, I have not assigned any valuation grouping code with plant code. Kindly guide me how to do it.

Find your valuation area in OX14 and then assign valuation grouping code for your valuation area(mostly a plant) in OMWD. Get valuation grouping code from OBYC with your chart of account for any transaction key assigned to a G/L account
