Employee master data fields onto Payslip SMARTFORMS (ECP)

Hi All

We are working on EC Payroll module and have created our payslip using SMARTFORMS.

Upon printing the payslip, we could see a few important fields like Employee's cost center, Pay scale level, and Position title are all missing from standard smartform.

I understood that I need to bring in all these fields via ABAP.

But can someone briefly explain me the steps?

Like what is the variable in Global definition, how to create/ Call the suitable functions. etc.

I have referred this thread for inserting Cost center, but unfortunately, it is not working for me.

Kindly advice
