Hello to all,
I am contacting you because I have a problem with a display form that I want to create and access via the user interface.
Here is the context:
We have set up a job allowing us to extract users from IDM and have them extracted as an Excel file. On the server the Excel file is created and the job works well.
However, as soon as we want to display the Excel file on the UI, we can't. Here is the configuration we have set up:
In the "Forms.Default" package there are default display forms in which the display of reports is not included.
So we have created the form "Custom_Report_Display" which we have configured as follows:
Configuration of the forms :
I checked the default form configuration and I don't see any difference. Because the form we have configured to display does not display on the UI.
If you see a solution, or something we missed, we are listening.
Thank you in advance.
You'll probably be better off using the new reporting functionality in IdM. I'm not sure you can actually show the excel file in the UI - but happy to be corrected!
With the new standard reporting functionality, a link to the report is displayed in the reporting tab and you can download it from there.

Hi Kevin,
you missed the process in the Result Handling Tab. Within this process the magic happens!
The form is used only to select the data to be reported about. The process of the result handling generates the report. Please check out the result handling of existing reports.
Regards,
Alex
