Is there an S/4HANA solution on the Cloud Appliance Library (cal.sap) that presets the invoice, order, and deliveries with customer data from the SD-Module. Same as IDES system?
Hello Albat, go to cal.sap.com and look at the fully activated S4s, then choose the proper one. There is a good bit of detail for these, including a blog post on the community: https://blogs.sap.com/2019/04/23/sap-s4hana-fully-activated-appliance-demo-guides/ We use a Fully Activated as an S4 IDES, have for several years, we standup an S4, then replace it with a newer release when its available from CAL. This keeps us current to the on-prem release The other option is to look into the free two week trial to see if it could meet some of your needs - browser search for SAP S/4 free trial. These two week trials do expire but can be re-activated, just that any updates you make are lost.

And as said by Marianyou can go left/right from it, or extend your system via customizing if needed.
As Wallace mentioned, it's a good environment which includes the data you mentioned, sample customers, materials, and existing transactional history. You can add more master data, adapt the configuration and more to try out the processes you want to explore.
