Hi, Is it possible to configure intercompany Customer to Customer clearing?? If yes, please explain how can I do this.

You'd better describe accounting scheme of what you have in mind, in order to obtain more relevant answers.
Did you search for the OBYA transaction in Customizing (reconciliation entries that the system makes when posting intercompany transactions)?
Or can you rephrase your request, describe the accounting scheme you are looking for?
