We currently have SAP ECC6, SRM and VIM.
We need internal business users to be able to submit non-PO invoice, workflow to a central team for review/update, then queue to the correct financial approvers.
How best should we handle this with our existing systems?
Normally if you have the email channel setup you could just ask them to mail it.that is what most of my customers do.

We'd prefer a more business user interface... so anyone in the business can submit the invoice, it would workflow to someone in accounts to complete necessary details that general users may not know/understand and then queue to approvers.
Tcode MIRO as I know if is more for accounts team and not general business users.
As we have VIM I've been told this might be the best way to achieve it but want to check with other experts 🙂
