Salesforce API Connection error

Salesforce.com has discontinued API Connections less than 20. I have Crystal Reports 2011 v14 and it has stopped connecting to Salesforce.com. Do I need to upgrade my Crystal Report to connect with a newer API version? and if so what API version does Crystal 2020 use?
