Slow Queries

Hi i have created new company database in SAP B1as per instruction. But when i execute query with multiple tables i take 3-4 mins in new company created and 7-8 seconds in existing company.

I have rebuild all indexes and constraints in new database,clear cache and temp folders,took database offline and later brought it online,rebuild log file.

Still it takes 3-4 mins for new company only.

I am missing something.
Experts, i need your help.

Please Note : Programs and Both databases are on same server.

Server Config :
Processor : Intel (R) Xeon (R) Silver 4208 CPU @2.10 GHz 2.10 GHz
OS : Windows Server 2016
RAM : 31.5
No. of users : 7-8

Please help.
