BPC 10.1 - Pop up shows blank after Save

Hi Experts,

We are on EPM SP38 64 bit. When I Click Save on my Input form. I get the number of records and comments that I am trying to save, but after the save I just see a blank pop up. I know the data is saved but I do not see any confirmation on the pop up. Is this a known issue with the latest service pack?
