Hi experts,

I´m new to Crystal Reports 2013.

I try to build a CR which shall base on a bex query.

All Characteristics of the bex query have been imported properly to the CR.

The Structure which is represented in a Column within the bex query has been imported as a single field into CR and it is displayed there as a single colum including several key figures as shown below:

Structure:

Current Period

Last Period

Current Periode vs. Last Periode

etc.

I want this structure/Key figures to be reppresented as Header of my CR:

Current Period | Last Period | Current Periode vs. Last Periode

I would be grateful if you could help me on this.

Many thanks in advance

Thanks

You'd need a formula for each column. You'd also need to know how many rows there are beforehand.

Hi Abhilash,

many thanks for your quick reply.

I appreciate your help, but I prefer to solve it via formula, could you help on that?

Hi Dris,

Insert a Crosstab.

Use the column from the BEx query as the 'Column' in the crosstab.

Format the crosstab to suppress the 'Total' text and you can also take out the GridLines etc from the Customize style tab.
