EWM QM SKIP ISSUE

Hello Expert,

We had design the storage process for inbound quality as below

Door->GR-Zone->QI-Area->Final Bin

First task will be in waiting status from Door to Final Bin unless task of moving Door to GR, GR to QI Area, & usage decision is posted.

It works for normal case as below

But in case of SKIP lot case delivery stock type is Quality but the movement we post GR stock is received in Unrestricted area and auto UD is posted.

But first task of moving the stock to final bin remains in waiting status as below.

If I check the trace it says 'Unidentified error'

Inspection lot 170000001560: Undefined error in usage decision (return code 2)

Message no. QV078

Is anyone aware of this error.

Also can this issue occur due to 'Digital Signature' setting in QM?
