No existen regisstros coincidentes Solicitud de compra

Saludos Expertos,

Tengo un detalle con una solicitud de compra, cuando le doy buscar me dice que no existen registros coincidente, si busco un numero antes si me lo encuentra y si avanzo con las flechas si esta en SAP la solicitud, ya hice una consulta con el docnum del documento y si esta en la base de datos, por el momento sucede con varias solicitudes de compra y con el manager, en otros documentos no me lo han reportado.

¿Alguien tendrá una idea de por qué pasa esto?

He realizado lo que me recomendo en una base de datos de pruebas.

1: Eliminar las busquedas formateadas.

2: Eliminar los triggers.

3: comentar los TN y los post transactions.

Sin embargo el problema persiste, no he logrado encontrar la raíz del problema.

Pero de antemano muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo de responder.

Hello Again,

There can be some sort of modification that populates a field and then when you search the value in that field does not correspond with what you have in 2752.

**PLEASE NOTE that all the steps below should be done in a TEST environment, they are meant to help identify/isolate what might cause the issue, they are not a solution in itself!**

1. Restore the database on a separate server.
2. Remove/do notinstall any of the addons that might be running on the productive database.
3. Remove all Formatted Searches. If you areunsure if there are Formatted searches installed on the db you can run the query:
select * from cshs
If there are resultsthere are formatted searches on the database. To remove them easily on a test system, NEVER use this method on a productivedatabase (NOT EVEN if it resolves the issue), run the SQL script:
truncate table cshs
4. Remove any triggers that might beinstalled on the database.
To find triggers please check note 1320969.

5. Comment out any added script from the SP_Transaction notification and SP Post Transaction Notice. The implementing partner organisation should know if changes were madehere.
Between every of the above steps please try to reproduce the reported issue.

Si, si hago lo que me pide no me sale el error, solo es cuando se pone en modo buscar que no encuentran el folio.

Si regresan una antes, esta si se visualiza, si la busco por ejemplo 2751 la tecleo si la encuentra y no sale el error pero si tecleo la 2752 si me sale el error de no hay registros coincidentes las solicitudes de compra se someten a proceso de autorización, y pasa con usuarios creadores y con el manager.

If you go to document 2751 and use Ctrl + > (botón de flecha derecha). Will the document open or you get the same error message?
