New payroll run not permitted: seqno 00020 posted with post

Hello there,

I I have faced the challenge of not being able to run May 2022 Payroll

This is the error message:
"New payroll run not permitted: seqno 00020 posted with post"
and it is not for all employees , out of 400 plus employees only 50 have not got the above error.
could you help with that.
