Alternatives for SAP Non Released FMs

Dear expert,

We have some requirements to use below mentioned function modules.

'HR_READ_TIMEDATA_PSP'

'EPS_GET_DIRECTORY_LISTING’

'ARCHIVFILE_SERVER_TO_SERVER'

But those are not released yet and we do not find any alternative provided by SAP. Could you please help here as this is a critical for our delivery? We need either SAP released FMs or Class/method approach.
