I need Migrate the SAP Smartforms and Adobe forms into SAP Business Technology Platform

I have Requirement to Migrate the SAP Smartforms and adobe forms are in On Premise System. How Can I Migrate into Business Technology Platform . Once the form available in the BTP Space I can use it in Fiori Application . Kindly help me out
