Condition Contract Management Replicaiton --> From S4/HANA Cloud to SAP C4C

Our customer is using Condition Contract Management for rebats agreements,

My question is, is it possible to replicate theses contracts to SAP C4C,

Is it standard ?

How it can be done if it's possible,
