While exceuting the API 'Commercial Project - Read' , the Billing category is retrived as " " instead of "BILLABLE" for the Plan Data Set.

This is an expected behavior for the API 'Commercial Project - Read'.

As per the Sap Help Documentation Commercial Project - Read (Plan Data) ,

For customer projects, the possible values for the billing control category are:

• " " (Billable),
• "NON_BILL" (Non-billable),

For internal projects, the value is always "NON_BILL" (Non-billable).
