[Licenses required for Build_Authorizations?]

Hi, I'm new here.

My company recently attained Build_Authorizations for Cloud and On-Premises modules, but to enable GTM capabilities, licenses need to be purchased for both Cloud and On-Prems. Plus, we have to refer to Non Commercial License (NCL) Portfolio and PE Build Price List documents just to find the "right" license for our company.

I am so lost here.

What is the meaning of all this?
