eDocument Mexico : Cancellation of Old document after CFDI 4.0 Implementation

Hi Experts

We have deployed all related notes regarding CFDI 4.0 but after deployment we were not able to Cancel old edocument generated using CFDI 3.3 version and getting below error

XML could not be processed;node not foundComprobante/Comprobante/Emisor

Please advise if anybody has faced simillar issue .

Note 3214667 has been released by SAP for this issue .

This note is not been released for our company.

But we are going to create an OSS note to SAP so that they enable us to download the note.
