Teams integration with LMS

We have got a requirement for integrating teams application with LMS and we are exploring the doucmnets related to same, we got to know that there were few challenges which many clients were facing during the integrations, would like to understand what are the challenges faced and whether the challenges can be fixed.

Hello Chandana,

There are some issues I have seen related to the kind of ID used by the company.

If they use a different ID than the email, it is necessary to fix your integration for instructors to use that id instead of email. It is recommended to use email.

Other issue I see are related to attendance, it is caused for a bad integration in Teams.

Also there have been cases where upgrades in Teams can affect an old integration. But this has been solved.

You can reach Microsoft support to get some help on your implementation from the Azure side.

In fact it is easy, just consider these cases, I hope you have a good teams integration.
