we are about to play two different offer mechanisms at the same time.
The first offer type is relevant for all customers and qualifies for a special price.
Second offer type is for the same prodlocs and timeframe but has a trigger that it's only applicable for a specific customer segment and gives a higher discount than the first offer.
Now the problem is that Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) sees two offers here and multiplies the demand needed while it is basically an "either or case", so the baseline and uplift should be maginally be higher by those two offers.
Anyone is facing the same issue or having experience wiht this kind of effect during promotion planning.
Is there a way to exclude promotion types from beeing seen by UDF?
