Hello,
for deliveries which are processed in IM, we have the option of generating an error message if the delivery tolerances (setting in business partner) are exceeded or fallen below. In WM the tolerances from the BP are ignored, an adjustment of the delivery quantity is possible despite entered tolerances.
In WM, there should be the option to select whether the quantities in the WM outbound delivery can be changed, since the sales order and the SD delivery specify the quantities. At least an error message should prevent the user from increasing quantities randomly. Is there such a setting for WM?

In the sales order it is possible to define the delivery tolerance which should also be considered in the WM outbound delivery.
I would suggest you to test this .
Delivery tolerances (Under delivery or Over delivery) can be maintained either in Customer Master Shipping tab in Sales Area Data or CMIR
