Error Message: You do not have maintenance authorization for usage D application V

Hi Experts,

Requirement:

My customer needs a product substitution based on entered material and customer. The standard has only an access sequence availablle for entered material in app App: Create Material Determination Records

When I try to create a new table in CBC with activity Maintain Condition Tables, I get the error:

Issue:

Condition Tables cannot be created (Authorization missing for usage D in Application V)

Can you advise on what's happening / how to resolve?
