Data Archive - SAP Tcode Reports / Screens - with data source options

Dear All

We are working on the data archiving and planning to archive data for past 4 years.

The question here is -

There are some standard t-codes - viz. fbl5n, fbl1n , mb5b etc.. When you execute it has options called Datasoure.

I searched for the list of such tcodes - So that we can plan our training to the users

I searched and found that it is avilable in service market place

But when I logged in our service marked place - I am not able to find the link

Referring the link : ILM - "Reports and Transactions for Accessing Archived Data"

Kindly help me how to arrive that list. It is very important for us.

Regards,

Venkat

What "such tcodes" are you looking for? List of archivable objects you mean, or what? What should this link refer to? What is "ILM"?

Hi Sandra,

After archiving is done, when business user looks for some detail, - they will get the message as data not found or something else. However some standard t-codes has additional button says "data source" - example fbl3n -through which they can view the archived data. (It will display data is retrieved from archive).

The expectation is like this:

We want to find out - what are all such t-codes having this option (data source) or option to read from archive.

I searched in sdn and got some directions saying in service market place an downloadable excel sheet available.

I tried and not able to find it.

Hence posted in sdn,

regards,

Venkat

It seems that there has been some kind of comprehensive list of transactions which could be found in the old SAP Marketplace.

Maybe you could post an incident to SAP to see whether they can still provide it? Maybe it is in a "hidden" KBA somewhere in the SAP Support Portal.

I try, I didn't find simple OSS note, even at module level to have a list of transaction with Archiving access.

The only thing was the transaction AS_AFB but, I cannot test it here
